My son has been taking Provigil. Doesn't interfere with his meds for bi-polar, doesn't give him the jitters like adderall did, and there has been no rebound at all.
Unfortunately it hasn't been approved for ADHD/ADD by most insurance companies (it's a wakefulness drug), so he has to take it because his other meds make him "very very sleepy". ;-)
I can't take that one, either. Adderall was the only one I've been able to take, though the crash was HELL. The truth is, if I had ever remembered to take the 2nd and 3rd doses, it probably would be fine.

I tried that but it actually made me sleepy! My brain doesn't do well with drugs relating to the brain in any way. Lucky me?
Welbutrin? I've found that it is no wonder drug but I find it easier to focus on things than I did not taking it.
