Dear Senator Cornyn,I am not one to call people names, even on my worst days. However, I think I will make an exception in your case: You are an ass. I am ashamed to call you my Senator and I am disgusted by your harmful, disgraceful behavior in reference to the Obama nominations. Congratulations for doing your part to further divide this country and force us down the rabbit hole of degradation to our country.
You will go down in history as the ass you are. I look forward to the day when we can call you nothing but an embarrassing footnote in our proud Texas history. Enjoy your time on the subfloor of the waste bin of history with George Bush, Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Alberto Gonzalez, Donald Rumsfeld, Tom Ridge, John Ashcroft and Osama Bin Laden. You deserve each other. Ass.
Sincerely calling you an ass, ass,
Liesl McQuillan

8 blah blahs:
Simply based on John Cornyn's commercial, I really do not like him. But what did he do politically that makes you not like him?
He blocked what would have been a unanimous confirmation of Hilary Clinton for SoS. It was nothing more than partisan "Lookit me!" on a day of national healing, celebration and hard work. It's not like we don't have other very pressing issues to address, rather than arguing about something that was settled long ago. I thought this guy summed it up well: http://morisey.typepad.com/my_weblog/2009/01/sen-cornyn-goes-partisan-on-day-one.html
He is also part of the group delaying Eric Holder's confirmation because he doesn't the those who tortured people or sanctioned it in the name of us all to be prosecuted. You know, because we are a country founded on the principle that torture is fine and dandy and oh so constitutional and anyone who engages in it should be patted on the head rather than sent to prison. Ass. (him, not you)
Ooooh Thank you for clarifying. He does sound like an ass, or a jealous ass. That's the only thing that comes to my mind since he objected to Clinton becoming SoS which is merely a waste of time because he had to know it would not work.
Hmm that's odd. I'm John Cornyn, I think officials should be allowed to torture anyone without getting in trouble. Sounds a little backwards to how things should go. If that was how society worked we'd all be in trouble.
Though I am a fan of being tortured at your own free will and I want to go on the show Solitary..

I'm really glad I didn't vote for him, I hadn't really payed attention to the senators as much as the federal electives but I know I didn't vote for the ass.
He should use that in his re-election:
"Vote for me, I'm an ass.. A big one!"
A little off topic, I totallly witnessed the hat and the talking to cats through the window today!
Although, the cat thing I kind of initiated myself.. :}
Kristen, don't you dare! I would be in constant panic mode, and you know it is all about ME!
Timmy: Who's mama's big boy? Who is it? Tam Tam! Tam Tam! You are so cute!
Liesl
Haha, well you can watch me freak out on TV and that is always fun!
Timmy
Me too, if it hadn't been for his awful repeating commercial I may have voted for him not knowing his "ass-qualities".
Hey Liesi,
YOU'RE AN IDIOT! just like Hillary. If you don't like that he IS your senator, MOVE OUT OF TEXAS! Try moving to California. Texas doesn't need anymore of your liberal views.
And may I ask, what exactly he said torture was okay for??
Oh look, another person who thinks that anyone who disagrees with their point of view should suck it up or leave. How very un-American of you.
It doesn't matter what torture is used for; torture is torture and we do not torture in this country. Ever. If you want to live in a country that tortures its citizens and prisoner's of war, move to Iran. Or, if the middle east isn't your cup of tea, why not try Uganda? I hear the weather is fabulous this time of year. That way, you can live in a country where people are not allowed to disagree with their government officials AND they use torture. It's a win/win for you!
